Clear terms, no surprises

How we handle diagnosis, repairs, warranty, your data and payment.

Free diagnosis

We diagnose your device at no charge and give you a clear quote before doing any work. You decide whether to proceed.

90-day repair warranty

Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty covering the specific work performed. The warranty does not cover new damage, liquid exposure, or unrelated faults that appear after the repair.

Turnaround time

Most repairs are completed within a few business days, depending on the fault and parts availability. We give you an estimate with your quote.

Data & privacy

We access only what a repair requires and we don’t share your data. For business clients, confidentiality agreements are available on request. Always keep your own backup when possible — some faults put existing data at risk.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, once the repair is tested and approved. Diagnosis remains free whether or not you proceed.

Unrepairable devices

If a board can’t be repaired or isn’t worth repairing, we tell you honestly and you owe nothing for the diagnosis.
